- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- On the non-buttered side of two slices, place a slice of cheese, followed by a generous helping of sunflower microgreens, then another slice of cheese. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the sandwiches and cook until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!
