Ingredients

  • 4 slices of whole grain bread

Instructions

  1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. On the non-buttered side of two slices, place a slice of cheese, followed by a generous helping of sunflower microgreens, then another slice of cheese. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
