Ingredients

2 ripe organic bananas (frozen)

1/2 cup of organic Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of organic honey or 2 dates(optional, for added sweetness)
Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions

  1. Start by washing the microgreens thoroughly under cold water and draining them.
  2. Peel and slice the ripe organic bananas. If you prefer a colder smoothie, you have two options:
  3. You can either freeze the banana slices in advance for a frosty texture (recommended).
  4. Alternatively, you can simply use regular banana slices and add a handful of ice cubes in the next step.
  5. In a blender, combine the sliced bananas (frozen or with ice cubes), organic flaxseed microgreens, organic avocado, organic almond milk, organic Greek yogurt, and honey/dates(if desired).
  6. Blend all the ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. You may need to blend for about 1-2 minutes, depending on your blender's power.
  7. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness by adding more honey or almond milk, as needed.
