- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, prepare the pesto. In a food processor, combine the microgreens, pine nuts, garlic, and Parmesan. Process until finely chopped.
- With the processor running, slowly add the olive oil until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the microgreen pesto until well coated.
